Carnevale is probably the most performed of my compositions by accordionists.
With this composition, I wanted to pay homage to the Latin American music by combining it with an Italian melody.
I almost always end of my concerts with this popular work and a few years ago at a seminar in Russia, the students greeted me in the classroom, all singing Carnevale - a special moment.
Initially, I wrote only the main melody, leaving the task to customize to the soloists, but many requests from accordionists around the world have convinced me to write this complete arrangement for accordion solo where I also included the solo customizable by the performer.
