Mozart’s “Alleluja” from Exsultate, Jubilate is the brilliant, virtuosic final movement of his 1773 motet, famous for its joyful coloratura writing and its place as a showcase piece for sopranos. A sacred solo motet for soprano and orchestra, it was originally written for the celebrated castrato Venanzio Rauzzini during Mozart’s stay in Milan and remains one of his most frequently performed early vocal works.
Antonino De Luca is a Sicilian accordionist based in Castelfidardo, student of Frank Marocco and Richard Galliano, who has performed performed concerts in more than 30 countries of the world and also been nominated First Ambassador of the Accordion from Castelfidardo.
